Delivery & Processing Times

Orders of ready-to-ship items (such as prints, sale items, paintings, etc.) will be processed within 3-5 working days.
Personalised items and mugs/keyrings/coasters will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Due to the current global pandemic, we are experiencing some delay to delivery times, especially items sent via the Royal Mail and overseas. Please be patient, as once your order has been shipped the delivery time is out of our control. You will be notified via email of the method of shipping used for your order, and tracking info will be sent if applicable.

Shipping Upgrades

If you require your item via a next-day delivery service, please send us a message via the Contact page before placing your order so we can facilitate this.

Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns on all items returned to us in resalable condition. Please note we do not accept returns on any personalised or sale items unless damaged or faulty.

If you wish to return an item, please send us a message via the Contact tab within 7 days of delivery, and ensure items are returned within 14 days.
No refunds will be given until items have been returned or proof of damage has been submitted to foxandraccoon@outlook.com
